I am responsible for R&D facilities projects from inception to completion – overseeing SOW, funding approval, RFPs and tracking project milestones. Working at an extremely fast pace and acting as an advocate for Tesla all while considering best management practices for design and construction.

At RAD, I managed the first modular high-rise on the West Coast. This role required strategic planning, administrative and technical coordination, complex permit submittals, and a willingness to innovate. While formally part of the Architecture/Design Team, I also served as a liaison with manufacturing – advocating for good design while at the same time responding to manufacturing constraints (budget, timeline, supply chain and procurement).
